St Pancras Kintsugi Hope Wellbeing Group

Kintsugi Hope is a Christian charity offering help with mental and spiritual wellbeing. This is through agreeing to meet together with others for 12 weeks, each week covering a specific area like honesty, depression, anxiety, loss, disappointment and resilience. Running under the Kintsugi Hope banner, the group meets each week and is led by our KH trained volunteers.

Already there have been some fantastic responses with people acknowledging that they felt they were alone in the way they were feeling, but have realised that others have similar feelings. As well as sharing stories, we also share helpful tips of how to manage mental health in better ways.

You can find out more about the Wellbeing Groups at www.kintsugihope.com or contact Sarah on sarah.stps@outlook.com to find out more.
