St Pancras Kintsugi Hope Wellbeing Group

Kintsugi Hope is a Christian charity offering help with mental and spiritual wellbeing.  We run these group sessions once or twice a year according to interest and need.  Groups meet together for 12 weeks, led by our KH trained volunteers.  Each week we cover a specific area like honesty, depression, anxiety, loss, disappointment and resilience.

Already there have been some fantastic responses:

I thought I was the only one feeling this way but meeting with others in the group has helped me see others have similar feelings too. Together we can talk about better ways to approach our feelings and worries

You can find out more about the Wellbeing Groups at www.kintsugihope.com or contact Sarah on sarah.stps@outlook.com to find out more.

What is a Kintsugi Hope Wellbeing Group?

A safe and supportive group of people who meet to share life’s struggles.

Why?

We hope that together, we will increase our self-worth, confidence and wellbeing.

Who is it for?

People who feel overwhelmed atm. (Or are supporting others who feel overwhelmed).

How?

Through sharing with each other and making new connections.

What happens?

A group leader will introduce the topic. We look at the topic through stories and videos and explore the topic with some activities. You only share what you want – no pressure.

What do the groups cover?

Each week the groups cover a different area of life and well-being, namely:  Honesty – Anxiety – Depression – Shame – Anger – Disappointment and loss – Perfectionism – Forgiveness – Self-acceptance  – Healthy Relationships – Resilience.
